91, passed away on July 23, 2016. Capt. Chadwick retired after 30 years of active service while serving on Staff, Commander Military Sealift Command, Washington, District of Columbia. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and his master’s degree from George Washington University. Duty assignments included: USS Juneau (CLAA 119); Supply Officer, USS Borie (DD 704); Marine Corps Air Station, Miami, Florida; Clarksville Base, Clarksville, Tennessee; Ordnance Supply Office, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania; Staff, Commander Service Force, U.S. Pacific Fleet; Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Bremerton, Washington; Supply Officer, USS Columbus (CG 12); Armed Forces Staff College, Norfolk, Virginia; Bureau of Supplies and Accounts, Washington, District of Columbia; Staff, Commander Service Squadron 6; and Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Installation and Logistics) Washington, District of Columbia.
