Lynn Kohl has been selected as Naval Supply Systems Command’s newest Senior Executive Service (SES) member. She is serving as Assistant Commander for Enterprise Logistics Engineering (N6).

Kohl comes to NAVSUP from Naval Sea Logistics Center (NSLC), where she served as Executive Director. As the senior civilian at NSLC, she led a professional workforce of more than 700 personnel located in seven primary sites both in day-to-day operations and in strategic planning and business transformation. She also served as the Naval Sea Systems Command Warfare Center Logistics Community of Practice Chairperson.
Prior to her current position as NSLC’s Executive Director, Kohl was the Director of the Central Design Agency within NSLC, responsible for maintaining and modernizing all ships’ maintenance and logistics information technology systems.
Kohl received the Admiral Stan Arthur Award for the Naval Logistics Team of the Year in 1999. She holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a master’s certificate in program management from George Washington University.
