Douglas M. Bridges Jr., commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC, participate in a cake-cutting commemorating the Navy’s 244th birthday during an all-hands call at Naval Support Activity Mechanicsburg. The theme for the Navy’s birthday is “No Higher Honor” and links today’s Sailors with those that have gone before them, beginning with the establishment of the Navy in 1775.
