James McNeal, commander, Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Global Logistics Support a personal note Feb. 4 recognizing the NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Pearl Harbor contracting team for their tremendous efforts in getting a bridge contract awarded in less than two weeks. Of note, Bravo Zulu to Ryan Fernandez, pictured right, contract specialist at NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor. Fernandez began working with Morneau’s staff in the middle of January to award this contract in record time for the expeditionary team. “(NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor’s) efforts will keep my force from losing critical skill sets within the Expeditionary Service Support Center in Port Hueneme, Calif.
