JULY 2013 Retirements

Capt. Mark Dibble

     Capt. Mark Dibble, SC, USN, completed 25 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support, Mechanicsburg, Pa.  He received his bachelor’s degree at State University of New York at Buffalo, Buffalo, N.Y. and his master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, Calif.  His previous duty stations include USS Concord (T-AFS 5); Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg; Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va.; Fitting Out and Supply Support Assistance Center, Norfolk, Va.; USS Narwhal (SSN 671); Defense contract Management Office Atlanta, Marietta, Ga. and USS Goldsbrough (DDG 20).

Capt. Eric Glaser

     Capt. Eric Lynn Glaser, SC, USN, completed 28 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Naples, Italy.  He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Idaho, Moscow, Idaho and his master’s degree at National Defense University, Washington, D.C., and an additional master’s at U. S. Navy Postgraduate School, Monterey, Calif.  His previous duty stations include Commander, Space Warfare Systems Command, San Diego; Joint Command Headquarters West Lisbon, Lisbon, Portugal; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego; USS Lake Champlain (CG 57); Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sigonella, Italy; Commander, Naval Surface Fleet Pacific, Coronado, Calif.; USS Comstock (LSD 45) and USS Enhance (MSO 437).

Capt. Mark Ohl

     Capt. Mark Ohl, SC, USN, completed 34 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at Defense Contract Management Area, Highway, England.  He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Texas at Arlington, Arlington, Texas, and his master’s degree at Navy War College, Newport, R.I., and an additional master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, Calif.  His previous duty stations include Chief of Naval Operations, Arlington, Va.; Navy Family Support Office, Mechanicsburg, Pa.; Commander, Logistics Forces, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, Manama, Bahrain; Naval Regional Contracting Center Naples Detachment, Bahrain; Assistant Secretary of the Navy, Research, Development and Acquisition, Washington, D.C.; Navy Supply Systems Command, Arlington, Va.; Office of Special Projects, Washington, D.C.; Commander, Navy Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, Pa.; Navy Air Systems Command, Dayton, Ohio and USS Anchorage (LSD 36).

Cmdr. Thomas Fulford

     Cmdr. Thomas Fulford, SC, USN, completed 23 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at U. S. Fleet Cyber Site Little Creek, Little Creek, Va.  He received his bachelor’s degree at George Washington University, Washington, D.C. and his master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, Calif.  His previous duty stations include Expeditionary Combat Readiness Center, Norfolk, Va.; Commander, U. S. Fleet Forces Command, Norfolk; USS Eisenhower (CVN 69); Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, Pa.; USS Fletcher (DD 992); Bureau of Naval Personnel, Washington, D.C. and USS Spartan (LST 1192) BLUE.

Cmdr. Natasha Gammon

     Cmdr. Natasha Gammon, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Richmond, Va.  She received two bachelor’s degrees at The University of Central Florida, Orlando, Fla., and her master’s degree at Columbia College, Columbia, Mo. Her previous duty stations include Headquarters, U. S. Forces Korea, Seoul Korea; Amphibious Construction Battalion ONE, San Diego; Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit 11; USS Rainier (AOE 7) and Patrol and Reconnaissance Squadron 46, Whidbey Island, Wash.

Cmdr. Alexander Levy

     Cmdr. Alexander Levy, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at Expeditionary combat Readiness Center, Norfolk, Va.  He received his bachelor’s degree at George Mason University, Arlington, Va., with an addition bachelor’s degree at The University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia, and his master’s degree at The University of Maryland, College Park, Md.  His previous duty stations include Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Space Field Activity, Chantilly, Va.; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville Detachment, Pascagoula, Miss.; Headquarters, Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, Va.; Commander, Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Forces, Williamsburg, Va.; USS Shreveport (LPD 12); Navy Exchange command, Norfolk, Va.; U. S. Naval Supply Depot, Yokosuka, Japan and USS Enterprise (CVN 65).

Cmdr. Luis Molina

     Cmdr. Luis Molina, SC, USN, completed 27 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Jacksonville, Fla.  He received his bachelor’s degree at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Fla., and his master’s degree at Marine Corp University, Quantico, Va.  His previous duty stations include Commander, Northern Europe- Commander, 6th Fleet, Naples, Italy; Joint Forces Headquarters, National Capital Region, U. S. Northern Command, Fort McNair, Washington, D.C.; Program Exchange Officer Ships, Washington, D.C.; Logistics Readiness Directorate, U. S. Southern Command, Miami, Fla.; USS Boise (SSN 764), USS Florida (SSBN 728) BLUE; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Guam; Commander, U. S. Naval Forces Marianas, Apra, Guam; USS Antrim (FFG 20) and USS Mcdonnell (FF 1043).

Cmdr. Derek Webster

     Cmdr. Derek Webster, SC, USN, completed 25 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at Navy Education Training Center Pensacola, Pensacola, Fla.  He received his bachelor’s degree at Mesa State College, Grand Junction, Colo., and his master’s degree at Navy War College, Newport, R.I. with an additional master’s degree at Regis University, Denver, Colo.  His previous duty stations include Defense Security Cooperation Agency, Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies, Honolulu, Hawaii; Program Executive Office, Strike Weapons and Unmanned Aviation, Patuxent River, Md.; Commander, Submarine Force, U. S. Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Defense Contract Management Command, Denver, Colo.; USS Fitzgerald (DDG 62); Defense Personnel Support Center, Philadelphia, and USS Vancouver (LPD 2).

Lt. Victoria Moeller

     Lt. Victoria Moeller, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired July 1, 2013 after serving at Commander, Strike Force Training Atlantic, Norfolk, Va.  Her pervious duty stations include Naval Ocean Processing Facility, Dam Neck, Va.; USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70); Naval Support Activity Norfolk, Norfolk, Va. and USS George Washington (CVN 73).
