Captain Shawn D. Grunzke, SC, USN, completed 26 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2015 after serving at Director, Navy Reactors, Washington, DC. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, MN and his master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. His previous Officer duty stations include Naval Reactors, Mechanicsburg, PA; Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA; USS Alaska (SSBN 732) Gold; Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba; Ships Parts Control Center, San Diego, CA and USS Gridley (CG 21).

CAPT WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER POWER

Captain William Christopher Power, SC, USN, completed 31 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2015 after serving at NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound, Bremerton, WA. He received his bachelor’s degree at Bard College, Annandale-on-Hudson, NY and his master’s degree at National Defense University, Washington, DC with an additional master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. His previous Officer duty stations include U. S. Strategic Command, Offutt AFB, NE; USNS Lewis and Clark (T-AKE 1); Defense Logistics Agency, Fort Belvoir, VA; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound, Bremerton, WA; Navy Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, PA; Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, PA; USS Butte  (AS 27); Naval Security Group Activity, Winter Harbor, ME and USS Wisconsin (BB 64).

CAPT ROBERT ANDREW REICHART

Captain Robert Andrew Reichart, SC, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2015 after serving at Commander, Navy Supply Systems Command Field Activity, Washington, DC. He received his bachelor’s degree at Trinity College, Hartford, CT and his master’s degree at American University, Washington, DC. His previous Officer duty stations include Commander, Submarine Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, HI; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Pearl Harbor, HI; Commander, Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, San Diego, CA; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Yokosuka, Japan; Commander, Naval Forces Japan, Yokosuka, Japan; Headquarters, Naval District Washington, Washington, DC; Office of Special Projects, Washington, DC; Naval Support Activity Naples, Naples, Italy; Commander, Submarine Development Squadron TWO and Commander, Submarine Development Squadron TWELVE.

LCDR HEATHER ESTHER BALDWIN

Lieutenant Commander Heather Esther Baldwin, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2014 after serving at Naval Medical Logistics Command, Fort Detrick, MD. She received her bachelor’s degree at East Carolina University, Greenville, NC and her master’s degree at The University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA. Her previous Officer duty stations include Headquarters, Joint forces Command, Naples, Italy; Distribution Operations Research and Analysis, Defense Supply Center Richmond, Richmond, VA; USS Duluth (LPD 6); NACO Internship Program Patuxent River, Patuxent River, MD and USNS Spica (TAFS 9).

LCDR JOEY GONZALES

Lieutenant Commander Joey Gonzales, SC, USN, completed 26 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2014 after serving at Maritime Expeditionary Security Group ONE, San Diego, CA. He  received his bachelor’s degree at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA and his bachelor’s and master’s degree at The National University of California, La Jolla, CA. His previous Officer duty stations include USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52).

LCDR DANIEL A HOGUE

Lieutenant Commander Daniel A. Hogue, SC, USN completed 22 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2014 after serving at Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime, Columbus, OH. He received his bachelor’s degree at Ohio State University, Columbus, OH and his master’s degree at Wright State University, Dayton, OH. His previous Officer duty stations include USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN 69); Defense Institute of Security Assistance Management, Wright Patterson AFB, OH; Defense Supply Center Columbus, Columbus, OH and USS Oklahoma (SSN 723).

LCDR CHRISTOPHER A SCOTT

Lieutenant Commander Christopher A. Scott, SC, USN completed 27 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2015 after serving at Expeditionary Combat Command, Little Creek, VA. His previous Officer duty stations include Maritime Civil Affairs and Security Training Command, Dam Neck, VA; USS Barry (DDG 52); Naval Operational Logistics Support Center, Norfolk, VA; Seal Delivery Vehicle Team TWO, Little Creek, VA and USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75).

LCDR MARK VERHOVSHEK

Lieutenant Commander Mark Verhovshek, SC, USN completed 23 years of active service and retired on March 1, 2015 after serving at Twenty-Second Naval Construction Regiment and Naval Construction Group TWO, Gulfport, MS. His previous Officer duty stations include Naval Construction Regiment Group TWENTY-FIVE, Gulfport, MS; Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command, Manama Bahrain; Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FIVE, Port Hueneme, CA and Naval Construction Training Center, Port Hueneme, CA.

CDR MICHAEL P. SHAY

Commander Michael P. Shay, SC, USN, completed 22 years of active service and retired on July 1, 2014 after serving at Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment, Jacksonville, FL. He received his bachelor’s degree at Eastern Michigan University, Ypsilanti, MI and his master’s degree at The University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. His previous Officer duty stations include Navy Region  Mid-Atlantic Reserve Component Command, Norfolk, VA; Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, Little Creek, VA; Naval Operational Logistics Support Center, Norfolk, VA; Naval Mobile construction Battalion 7, Gulf port, MS; Naval Air Station New Orleans, New Orleans, LA; USS Nassau (LHA 4) and USS Emory S Land (AS 39).

Captain Sidney Jeun Kim, SC, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2015 after serving at Commander, Third Fleet, San Diego, CA. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Houston-Clear Lake, Houston, TX and his master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA with an additional master’s degree at National Defense University, Washington, DC. CAPT DAVID COLE MEYERS

Captain David Cole Meyers, SC, USN, completed 29 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2015 after serving at Headquarters, U. S. Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of California-Davis, Davis, CA and his master’s degree at Navy War College, Newport, RI with an additional master’s degree at U. S. Naval Postgraduate School, Monterey, CA. His previous Officer duty stations include Naval Supply Systems Command, Mechanicsburg, PA; National Defense University, Washington, DC; U. S. LCDR TIMOTHY GAETANO NASELLO

Lieutenant Commander Timothy Gaetano Nasello, SC, USN, completed 26 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2014 after serving at Headquarters, U. S. Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of Illinois at Springfield, Springfield, IL and his master’s degree at The University of Phoenix, Phoenix, AZ. His previous Officer  duty stations include USS McInerney (FFG 8); Aviation Support Detachment, Jacksonville, FL; USS Frank Cable (AS 40) and Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron FOUR, Tinker AFB, OK.

CWO4 NICK SINGSON CENIDOZA

Chief Warrant Officer Nick Singson Cenidoza, SC, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on April 1, 2014 after serving at Space and Warfare Systems Center Atlantic Tidewater, Norfolk, VA. He received his bachelor’s degree at Far Eastern University, Manila, Philippines. His previous Officer duty stations include Naval Consolidated Brig Chesapeake, Chesapeake, VA; USS Enterprise (CVN 65); Navy and Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center, Dam Neck, VA and USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63).
