CAPT LEIGH ACKART

Capt. Leigh Ackart, SC, USN, completed 35 years of active service and retired on February 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP), Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. He received his bachelor’s degree at Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and his master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His previous duty stations include NAVSUP Weapons Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Chief of Naval Operations, Arlington, Virginia; Joint Chiefs of Staff, Washington, D.C.; USS Kitty Hawk (CV 63); Naval Inventory Control Point International Programs Director, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; USS George Washington (CVN 73); Polaris Missile Office, U.S. Atlantic Fleet, Charleston, South Carolina; and USS Tecumseh (SSBN 628) BLUE.

CAPT PAUL BOURGEOIS

Capt. Paul Joseph Bourgeois, SC, USN, completed 25 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Commander, Pacific Fleet, Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He received his bachelor’s degree at Saint Joseph’s University and his master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. Cmdr. Daniel Feliciano, SC, USN, completed 31 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Virginia. His previous duty stations include Assault Craft Unit 4 Shore Detachment, Norfolk, Virginia; USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75); Aviation Support Detachment Norfolk, Virginia; USS George Washington (CVN 75); NAVSUP FLC Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; Commander, Naval Air Atlantic, Norfolk, Virginia; and USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71).

CDR BOBBY JOE WARFIELD

Cmdr. Bobby Joe Warfield, SC, USN, completed 28 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Gulf Coast Pascagoula, Pascagoula, Mississippi. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of West Florida and his master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His previous duty stations include Naval Air Warfare Center, Orlando, Florida; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Mayport, Florida; Naval Station Mayport, Florida; Supervisor Shipbuilding, Conversion and Repair, Groton, Connecticut; Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Jacksonville Detachment, Kings Bay, Georgia; USS Pennsylvania (SSBN 73); Naval Computer and Telecommunication Area Master, Naples, Italy; and USS Gallery (FFG 26).

LCDR DEBORAH BARNES

Lt. Cmdr. Deborah Barnes, SC, USN, completed 29 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Special Warfare Group TEN, Virginia Beach, Virginia. She received her bachelor’s degree at Kennesaw State University, and her master’s degree at The University of Oklahoma. Her previous duty stations include Defense Supply Center Columbus, Ohio; USS Barry (DDG 52); Navy Computer and Telecommunications Station Keflavik, Iceland; Commander, 1st Naval Construction Division, Virginia Beach, Virginia; and USS Sirius (T-AFS 8).

LCDR FLORENCE BEATO

Lt. Cmdr. Florence Beato, SC, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on February 1, 2015, after serving at DLA Distribution San Diego, California. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees at The University of Phoenix. His previous duty stations include Military Sealift Command Pacific, San Diego, California; USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74); NAVSUP Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Bahrain; Naval Support Activity Bahrain; and Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Yokosuka, Japan.

LCDR PAUL HAVENS

Lt. Cmdr. Paul Havens, SC, USN, completed 31 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Jacksonville, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree at The University of North Florida and his master’s degree at The University of Georgia. His previous duty stations include FFG Class Squadron, Mayport, Florida; USS Halyburton (FFG 40); Navy Supply Corps School, Athens, Georgia; and USS Reuben James (FFG 57).

LCDR JAMES LONG

Lt. Cmdr. James Long, SC, USN, completed 22 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Commander, Joint Interagency Task Force East, Key West, Florida. He received his bachelor’s degree at Saint Leo University and his master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His previous duty stations include USS Concord (T-AFS 5); Officer Training Command, Pensacola, Florida; and USS Mount Whitney (LCC 20).

Lt. Cmdr. Carl Ray Ward, SC, USN, completed 20 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Commanding Officer, Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, Norfolk, Virginia. He received his bachelor’s degree at Appalachian State University and his master’s degree at U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. His previous duty stations include Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C.; USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70); Navy Acquisition Contracting Office Program, Patuxent River, Maryland; and USS Nebraska (SSBN 739) GOLD.

CWO LORETO LAGRISOLA

Chief Warrant Officer Loreto Lagrisola, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on February 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Base Kitsap, Bremerton, Washington. He received his bachelor’s degree at Columbia Southern University. His previous duty stations include USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70); USS Nimitz (CVN 68); Naval Air Station Sigonella, Italy; USS Essex (LHD 2) and USS Cowpens (CG 63).

Chief Warrant Officer Rodelia Rosales, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on February 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Base Point Mugu, California. His previous duty stations include Naval Station Everett, Washington; USS Frank Cable (AS 40); Naval Air Station North Island, California; and USS Boxer (LHD 4).

Chief Warrant Officer Erick Vanhofwegen, USN, completed 30 years of active service and retired on January 1, 2015, after serving at Naval Base Kitsap Bremerton, Washington. He received his bachelor’s degree at Touro University International.
